What you'll do
Maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors,: and customers and following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identifying and communicating workplace hazards and correcting or seeking assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate crews, subcontractors,: equipment, and materials to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently.
Support the successful delivery of civil and utility installation projects by: helping maintain project schedules, budgets, and production targets.
Provide leadership and direction to field personnel while promoting a culture: of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
Coordinate daily and short-term work plans to ensure resources are utilized: effectively and project milestones are achieved.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project: documents to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
