What you'll do
Maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors,: and customers and following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identifying and communicating workplace hazards and correcting or seeking assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Providing day-to-day leadership and direction of field operations to ensure: safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of projects.
Directing and coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and: project resources to ensure efficient project execution.
Taking ownership of field execution decisions, workflow sequencing, and site: productivity within assigned project scope.
Developing and communicating daily and short-term work plans to meet project: milestones and client expectations.
Monitoring field progress and collaborating with Project Managers to resolve: issues and maintain project schedules.

- Reviewing and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract: requirements to ensure accurate field execution.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality,: environmental, and regulatory requirements.
