The opportunity

Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.
What you'll do
Supervise assigned project work and coordinate across engineering,: estimating, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, budget, and schedule
Lead electricians and foremen in the field, managing day-to-day performance,: workforce development, and training needs
Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs, and production schedules,: updating forecasts and adjusting work plans to mitigate project risk
Manage medium: and low-voltage electrical work and BESS installation
Review and interpret project specifications to support job setup,: construction execution, inspections, and closeout in accordance with company and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, utilities, and regulatory agencies: so that equipment, materials, inspections, and construction support arrive on schedule
What they're looking for
- Enforce safety, process control, and documentation standards across: electrical systems, transformers, generators, and overall jobsite operations
- + years of construction supervision experience, preferably with an electrical: contractor and ideally including BESS and commercial solar work
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred
