What you'll do
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture , ensuring compliance with all: safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations
Supervise and assign General Foremen and field crews , including participation in union hiring processes
Recruit, select, and manage union workforce in coordination with IBEW halls and business agents
Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards and safety policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local unions , ensuring compliance with agreements
Assist General Foremen in scheduling crews, tools, and equipment to maximize: productivity and minimize downtime
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop and maintain project schedules
- Review production, monitor work progress, and take corrective actions to: maintain profitability and performance
- Approve timesheets, pay sheets, and daily field reports
- Support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Estimators in bidding and constructability planning
