- Attend/facilitate customer meetings to establish/evaluate priorities and risks to manifest schedule.
- Provide coaching, training, and daily guidance to team, including career: development and performance management.
- Facilitate weekly clear to build meetings to identify and evaluate schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement of material movement, production flow, process: efficiency, and scheduling/prioritization.
