What you'll do

  • Operational buyer: Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Coordinate: Coordinate daily with suppliers, production, and internal: stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations

  • Operational Point of Contact: Serve as the primary link between suppliers and our production, product and FSQA teams to coordinate all planning activities and operational matters. Ensuring enablement and performance tracking of new ingredients (planning frequency, errors & waste) as well as product substitution management

  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain collaborative, long-term partnerships with our supplier base through the onboarding process, supplier performance reviews, supplier visits and regular contact.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement practical improvements to refine our supply chain workflows and increase efficiency. Support with projects from other teams or within your category.

  • Reporting : You own your KPI’s and ensure that targets are met, perform: rootcause analysis and preventive actions and present this in WBR’s. You flag structural challenge, follow-up with suppliers/internal teams to prevent situations from happening again

What they're looking for

  • Order Accuracy: Monitor forecast & order flows closely to maintain high service levels and minimize discrepancies in the supply chain.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; you are comfortable using data to track performance and inform your decisions.
