What you'll do

A passion for continuous improvement and a patience to shepherd ideas from: initial requirements through execution
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and step into unknown situations to: understand the current state and most optimal path forward
A willingness to be a voice of reason for reliability and ensure that product: reliability risks are considered within Supply Chain processes
An ability to build relationships with cross-functional groups to identify,: prioritize, and close any reliability or process gaps
What they're looking for
- An ability to lead groups in creating and refining ideas or solutions to: problems, communicating the benefits of change, and keeping related projects on track
- Identify and own reliability-focused improvement projects to help the Supply: Chain team meet its reliability goals
- Identify and analyze trends in Supply Chain Reliability data and drive: improvements in supplier performance, drive reduction in non-conformances on purchased parts
- Interface with Supply Chain, Production operations, Inspection,: Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering teams to develop appropriate quality signals and processes to meet overall program reliability goals
