What you'll do
Active Camera Monitoring: Continuously monitor multiple live camera feeds to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches in real time
Alarm Alert Clearing: Receive, assess, verify, and clear security alarms according to established protocols while maintaining accurate records of all events
Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch security officers, maintenance teams,: emergency services, or other responders as needed using radio, phone or dispatch systems
Incident Command: Assume incident command for security events until relieved by higher authority; provide clear direction, gather critical information and coordinate response efforts
Document all incidents, alarms, dispatches and actions taken in the incident: management system with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain constant communication with field teams, supervisors and other departments
What they're looking for
- Identify and report system malfunctions, camera outages, or technical issues to the appropriate support team
- Follow all standard operating procedures, post orders and emergency response protocols
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while handling sensitive security information
- High school diploma or equivalency certification
