What you'll do
Lead and participate in system integration and test campaigns, developing: test plans, test procedures, and schedules, coordinating resource needs, test equipment, and test facility needs.
Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) for flight hardware.
Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.
Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for the manufacturing,: assembly, and integration of PCBAs and box-level assemblies, and space vehicles, ensuring compliance with space-grade standards.
Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit-level and system level.
Perform detailed root cause analyses (RCA) and drive corrective actions for: non-conformances/anomalies identified during integration and test.
What they're looking for
- Specify, procure, and maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment required for integration and test.
- Communicate with supply chain, hardware teams, program management, and test: teams to manage priorities and resolve technical challenges.
- + years of experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or other: high-reliability industries, including 2+ years in hands-on integration and test of flight or comparably high-reliability hardware.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical: Engineering, or another technical discipline.
