What you'll do

• Lead and participate in system integration and test campaigns, developing: test plans, test procedures, and schedules, coordinating resource needs, test equipment, and test facility needs.

• Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) for flight hardware.

• Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.

• Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for the manufacturing,: assembly, and integration of PCBAs and box-level assemblies, and space vehicles, ensuring compliance with space-grade standards.

• Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit-level and system level.

• Perform detailed root cause analyses (RCA) and drive corrective actions for: non-conformances/anomalies identified during integration and test.

What they're looking for

• Specify, procure, and maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment required for integration and test.
• Communicate with supply chain, hardware teams, program management, and test: teams to manage priorities and resolve technical challenges.
• + years of experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or other: high-reliability industries, including 2+ years in hands-on integration and test of flight or comparably high-reliability hardware.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical: Engineering, or another technical discipline.
