What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, scope, and delivery of complex, high-impact: system launches across the ANZ region.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs, proactively: mitigating risks and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Lead deep-dive gap analyses comparing global tech blueprints against local: ANZ requirements, challenging proposals with data.
Own technical readiness workstreams by partnering with local Operations,: Global VSM teams, and Global Tech Squads.
Design and execute rollout training strategies, tracking system adoption: rates and minimizing manual workarounds.
Lead hypercare periods for high-risk launches, coordinating rapid issue: resolution and conducting post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
What they're looking for
- Act as a key interface representing ANZ market needs to Global Product & Tech: teams while managing local and global stakeholder relationships.
- Strong knowledge of project management theories, concepts, methodologies, and launch interdependencies.
- Proven experience independently managing projects in Supply Chain / Operational teams.
- Great organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects: without compromising delivery timelines.
