What you'll do
Own the technical lifecycle of Adyen’s physical safety and security systems,: from architecture and configuration through deployment, upgrades, maintenance and decommissioning.
Manage and support enterprise access control, credentialing and badging,: CCTV, intrusion detection, visitor management, intercoms and related technologies.
Support technology interfaces with fire and life-safety systems, emergency: communication, mass notification and emergency response systems.
Ensure operational availability, reliability and appropriate configuration of: physical safety and security platforms.
Manage system administration, device onboarding, configuration and technical dependencies.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues and coordinate: resolution with IT, integrators and external vendors.
What they're looking for
- Manage technical system incidents, provide timely updates, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, architecture diagrams, technical standards and asset information.
- Design physical safety and security technology solutions for new offices,: relocations, expansions and major workplace projects.
- Translate security requirements, risk assessments and business needs into practical technical designs.
