What you'll do
Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean: search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed: and quality while maintaining a personal touch
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications
Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share relevant data points with recruiters and hiring teams
What they're looking for
- Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture compellingly to prospective candidates
- Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree: and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
- + years of technical recruiting experience
