- Lead a team of engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and developing: careers, while personally contributing at a Staff IC level.
- Own the architecture, delivery, and reliability of ERP and Finance: integrations and microservices in Java / Python.
- Migrate integrations from Oracle Cloud onto our in-house platform, and extend: that platform so teams across Airbnb can self-serve.
- Design and build AI-assisted automations and MCP integrations that extend internal platform capabilities.
