What you'll do
Help manage and deepen engagement with the ChatGPT Pro cohort of advanced users across disciplines
Design and execute high-touch community programming, including product demos,: office hours, show-and-tell sessions, peer-learning formats, and in-person events
Build repeatable systems for onboarding, engagement, retention, and member communications
Identify, recruit, and onboard new individuals doing high-impact work with ChatGPT and Codex
Conduct in-depth interviews and maintain ongoing relationships to understand: workflows, decision-making, and real-world applications
Act as a trusted point of contact between these users and OpenAI
What they're looking for
- Create an experience that is worthy of users’ time, expertise, and trust
- Help advanced Pro users understand and operationalize new capabilities across: ChatGPT, Codex, agents, and related products
- Run technical office hours, workflow reviews, demos, and peer-learning: sessions for users building complex systems
- Partner with DevEx, Product, and Research to route technical questions, bugs,: edge cases, and workflow feedback to the right teams
