What you'll do

• Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture: teams and associated adopting teams of those architecture

• Drive execution across multiple efforts and are accountable to tactical sprint to sprint outcomes

• Develop a deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and: perception products through the creation and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts

• Weigh in on overall strategy as well as specific implementations alongside: Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers

• Build integrated schedules and allocation plans alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers

• + years of progressive experience in program management on government or: defense programs, including direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance

What they're looking for

• Active US Secret clearance
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing: stakeholder relationships across internal and external organizations
• Proven track record as the primary interface to a government program office,: running program reviews and technical interchange meetings and representing program status directly to the customer
