What you'll do
Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across the business
Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity
Own the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview: stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround
Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practices
Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
What they're looking for
- Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts
- + years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth, premier tech environments
- Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
