What you'll do
As SpaceX acquires new radio frequency (RF) spectrum, identify where enabling: service requires us to navigate complex interference environments
Build-out actionable plans with SpaceX engineers to model ways Starlink can: share spectrum, then test and validate your proposals
Evaluate FCC and ITU regulations to analyze whether they require updates or modernization
Participate in ITU Working Group discussions where Starlink advocates at: domestic and international levels for optimized rules
Engage with Federal agencies and build solid relationships that encourage better collaboration
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership of projects, and responsibility for success
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business Analytics or other STEM field
- + years of experience in technical writing
- Demonstratable impact on the outcome of a product or service
- + years of experience in developing policies that required approval from top management of the organization
