The opportunity
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U. S.
What you'll do
Own day-to-day operations of test site facilities including space allocation,: access control, and operational logistics
Maintain mission-critical infrastructure systems: hangar doors, HVAC, electrical, lighting, and ground support equipment
Execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure zero unplanned downtime during critical test operations
Conduct regular facility inspections, identify issues early, and drive rapid resolution
Maintain accurate inventory tracking for facility equipment, parts, and: supplies; manage maintenance documentation
Manage relationships with facility vendors and contractors; hold them: accountable to performance standards and SLAs
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience supporting test operations, R&D facilities, or mission-critical environments
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting for facility operations
- Prior experience working in or with the USAF and other military branches
- Group 5 UAS experience
- Current Basic First Aid and CPR certification
- Active U.S. security clearance
