What you'll do
Lead and oversee daily transportation operations, personnel, vehicles, and: resources in support of contract requirements.
Ensure performance objectives and service standards identified under Annex: 1700000 BSVE are consistently achieved.
Plan staffing, schedules, vehicle assignments, dispatch activities, and: operational priorities to maintain reliable service.
Monitor fleet availability and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs,: inspections, and readiness requirements.
Track operational performance, service metrics, and contractual requirements;: identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Navy, installation, safety, regulatory, and Company requirements.

- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, inspections, and required contract documentation.
- Lead, coach, and hold assigned personnel accountable for safety, performance,: customer service, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Program Management, Government representatives, maintenance: teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, reliability,: safety, and overall service delivery.
