The opportunity
Senior Manager, Reliability (Controls & Conveyance)
What you'll do
Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-site controls and automation team, including: hiring, onboarding, and career development
Set and enforce technical standards for PLC programming, HMI design,: industrial networks, motor controls, and robotics
Own controls support coverage across all U.S. fulfillment sites, and expand it as the network grows
Oversee all sorters, Case erectors, AutoStore system to include all robots,: and conveyor systems across all U.S. fulfillment sites, and expand it as the network grows
Partner with operations, facilities, and IT on integrations across WMS, WCS, and WES platforms
Lead root-cause analysis on downtime and quality events, and convert findings: into sustainable corrective and preventive actions
What they're looking for
- Support new site launches and major system installs, from design review: through commissioning and stabilization
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, spare-parts and lifecycle strategy
- Report on reliability, uptime, and performance metrics to senior leadership
- + years in industrial controls, automation, or facility maintenance, with 5+ years in people leadership
