What you'll do
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and repair water, natural: gas, chilled and high-temperature distribution systems along with the wastewater and industrial waste collection systems.
Responsible for facility repair and maintenance of all interior and exterior: plumbing systems including the operation and repair of building fire suppression systems and backflow prevention devices.
Plans, directs, schedules and provides technical guidance to subordinates to: accomplish these tasking. Documents and track daily operations by using a computer maintenance programs.
Determines priorities, personnel, and equipment and materials and supplies: and ensure compliance with safety program.
Assists and trains less experienced operators and maintains performance and operation records.
Ensures that all applicable Environmental Protection Agency guidelines are met.
