The opportunity
You’ll join our HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team in Bleiswijk as an HSE Specialist ( Veiligheidskundige ), helping bring the HSE strategy to life at our Distribution Center and logistics hubs. You’ll be the go-to person for all health, safety and arbo matters on site.
What you'll do
Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections and incident investigations,: and follow up on actions with operational teams to keep improving safety performance.
Lead root cause analysis on incidents and near misses, and turn your findings: into clear, practical procedures.
Design and deliver trainings, toolbox talks and awareness sessions that build: safety ownership across all teams and shifts.
Support managers and team leads in applying HSE policies and staying: compliant with Dutch health and safety legislation.
Run internal audits and compliance checks, and share findings and progress: with the HSE team and site leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design practical, sustainable: solutions for risks and unsafe situations.

- Work location: Bleiswijk (on-site presence required), with occasional visits to our logistics hubs
- Work-from-home flexibility: 1 day per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, during office hours
