What you'll do
Direct and coordinate activities across assigned regional operations to support company goals and objectives.
Provide executive oversight for overhead transmission, overhead distribution,: and substation construction operations.
Lead Directors of Operations, Regional Managers, General Managers, Project: Managers, and other operational leaders.
Review project performance, forecasts, margins, revenue, operational metrics,: and business performance indicators.
Analyze activities, costs, financial performance, operational results, and: forecast data to determine regional performance against established objectives.
Support major project pursuits and participate in estimating and bid strategy: reviews for transmission, distribution, and substation opportunities.
What they're looking for
- Develop and maintain relationships with investor-owned utilities, electric: cooperatives, municipalities, renewable developers, industrial customers, engineering firms, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new customers, growth opportunities, geographic expansion: strategies, and staffing requirements necessary to support future business.
- Allocate resources across regions and projects to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate policies, establish: long-range goals, and support company-wide strategic initiatives.
