What you'll do
Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls,: video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give: exceptional care to patients virtually
Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
What they're looking for
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in one of these states : IL , NY, NJ, or MA with ability: to obtain additional state licenses For IL License: must have received independent practice authority in Illinois , APRN-FPA (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – Full Practice Authority)
- For NJ License: Must have Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Full Practice Authority status (> 5000 hours in primary care)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
