What you'll do

• Full time (40 hours including some evenings and weekends)

• Location: Remote, must reside in the United States

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments,: supporting a panel and message-based care

• Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually, conducting a: mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

What they're looking for

• Ongoing collaboration with teammates and leadership via daily huddles
• Collaborative oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues
• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting
