What you'll do

  • Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across international locations: through management of third party logistics providers, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment to data center sites

  • Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware,: compute, MEP, spares, and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack

  • Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments,: selecting carriers, managing schedules, and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage, and shortages

  • Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders,: including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management

  • Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering,: procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness

  • Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment,: including secure handling and disposition of storage devices in partnership with security and compliance

What they're looking for

  • Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers,: GPUs or other accelerators, and networking equipment
  • Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and: export control requirements such as EAR
  • Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and: data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
  • Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and how inventory data flows between them and warehouse systems
  • Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
  • Forklift certification or experience overseeing material handling equipment operations
  • Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts, whether in cloud,: telecom, or another hardware-intensive industry
