The opportunity
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence . As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads.
What you'll do
Control Panel Assembly & Wiring: Execute mechanical layout, component mounting, and point-to-point wiring for industrial control panels and sub-panels in strict accordance with engineering schematics and assembly drawings.
Cable Preparation & Termination: Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate power and control wiring using appropriate ferrules, lugs, and tooling to ensure secure and reliable electrical connections.
Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and internal assembly standards (HPI) to execute accurate routing and component placement.
Harness Assembly & Looming: Bundle, route, lace, and loom wire harnesses cleanly and systematically according to internal standards to ensure field reliability and serviceability.
Component Mounting & Mechanical Fabrication: Perform drilling, tapping, fastening, and mounting of electrical and electronic components, sub-panels, din rails, and wire ducting using standard hand and power tools.
Identification & Labeling: Generate and apply legible, precise wire markers, component tags, and panel identification labels using electronic and handheld labeling equipment.
What they're looking for
