What you'll do
User Research: understanding the cross-functional needs that would be needed in a central tool, and what outside systems would need to be integrated
Design: facilitating planning and design for these user needs, in combination: with our Salesforce PgM and external developers
Change Management: facilitating feedback sessions and the user teams’ transition into the new tooling.
