We’re seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. This is a rare opportunity to define the government GTM motion from the ground up - shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI.

What you'll do

What they're looking for

  • Have 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
  • Have successfully closed complex deals within federal, state, or regulated environments.
  • Are comfortable navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.
  • Have experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
  • Possess strong executive presence and can engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Are passionate about how AI and emerging technologies can modernize government services.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments where you operate both strategically and tactically.
