What you'll do
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective prismatic battery cell suppliers.
Manage on-going communication channels to ensure alignment on supplier: performance, expectations, and improvements.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure continuity of supply.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance,: such as quality, delivery reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Regularly evaluate supplier performance against set KPIs and rapidly initiate corrective actions.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions: aimed at creating maximum value for Lucid.
What they're looking for
- Review and revise contracts as necessary to adapt to changing relationship: dynamics, business needs or market conditions.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any deviations or discrepancies in: collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with demand planning teams to accurately forecast demand for: cylindrical battery cell requirements.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies and collaborate with suppliers to: ensure adequate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
