What you'll do
Meet transaction targets in a high-volume accounts payable department
Process and match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Respond to questions from vendors and internal departments in a timely manner
Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
Provide support to the department by processing expense reports, maintaining: Excel reports, importing, and exporting databases and files
What they're looking for
- Payment coordination on a weekly basis
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance: with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Bachelor’s degree
- + years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience (internship experience qualifies)
