What you'll do
Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions for modernizing legacy: SQL-based applications and migrating them to MongoDB
Apply your knowledge of Java (or similar programming languages) and: relational databases to support customer projects
Follow and contribute to best practice playbooks for migrations and modern application development
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, especially MongoDB, GenAI: tools, and cloud architectures, as projects demand
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives to improve team processes and outputs
Communicate progress, challenges, and ideas effectively within the team and to stakeholders
