What you'll do
Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for one or more national security: mission programs, from discovery and evaluation through deployment and adoption
Support the customer building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
Help develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for mission-specific use cases
Guide technical architecture decisions and integration into the customer's existing stack
Coordinate internally across Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success
Create and deliver technical content from engineering deep dives to executive briefings
What they're looking for
- + years in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager or equivalent roles
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools
- Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
- Experience deploying and operating software in air-gapped or classified environments
