What you'll do
Provide end-to-end counseling on a range of retail cryptocurrency products: and services, collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders across the company
Respond promptly to a wide range of sophisticated legal requests and: coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to deliver practical, timely and high-quality advice
Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks, and find creative ways to: mitigate them while achieving product goals
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Advise on legal and regulatory developments related to cryptocurrency in Canada
Engage directly with Canadian securities regulators and self-regulatory: organizations on matters of compliance and innovation
