What you'll do
Lead and manage daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution functions.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize service levels, reduce: costs, and support business growth.
Oversee logistics planning for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics,: ensuring timely and accurate material flow.
Manage 3PL relationships, contracts, and performance metrics; conduct regular reviews and negotiations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, planning, and: customer service to align logistics activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery,: transportation cost per unit, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity.

- Ensure full compliance with all regulations, safety, and environmental: standards related to logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Implement digital tools and analytics to enhance logistics visibility, planning, and decision-making.
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, including managers,: analysts, and warehouse/transport supervisors.
