What you'll do
Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain Lucid Battery Electric Vehicles: (BEVs) at the highest technical standard
Manage complex diagnostic cases, including HV systems, network communications, and system integration issues
Document all service activities accurately using internal digital systems (DMS)
Strictly adhere to repair and safety protocols, especially for high-voltage and live systems
Support special vehicle projects including prototype, pre-production, and event/show vehicles
Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level technicians

- Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes and technical standards
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance
