What you'll do
Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic: initiatives across the entire HubSpot platform
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conduct diligence, review: transaction documents, and complete financial modeling
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analyses to identify: potential targets and growth opportunities
Build relationships with emerging startups, investors, and other market: participants, staying on top of industry trends and activity
