What you'll do
Make Celonis Business Critical: Transform the platform into the central nervous system of our customers’ operations.
Scale Customer Health: Drive full platform adoption to ensure long-term value and stability.
Focus on High-Value Activities: Prioritize complex, high-impact technical work that moves the needle for Focus & Strategic customers.
Empower Career Growth: Foster an environment where every Celonaut owns customer success while accelerating their own professional trajectory.
Support Strategic Implementations: Support the implementation of Celonis Platform as a business-critical tool by connecting customer data to actionable strategic outcomes.
Execute Discover-and-Build: As part of a project team, participate in process mining discovery activities, data transformation (SQL/Python), and the creation of AI-driven analyses to identify execution gaps.
