What you'll do

• Evaluate and improve operational costs surrounding staffing, units per hour (UPH), etc.

• Re-engineer & design process flows, layouts, workstations, etc. using computer-aided software (CAD)

• Use time studies to assist with process creation and labor standards; experience with MOST is a plus

• Leverage statistical analysis to report on fulfillment KPIs

• Create standard work and implement process improvement

• Assist with operational and financial forecasting, staffing, productivities,: capital expenditures, CapEx justifications, improvement analyses, etc.

• Serve as a project manager liaison between Operations and Engineering
• Create and use RCA techniques to reduce risks within respective process paths
• Have a positive attitude towards challenges and will be able to learn new skills
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
