The opportunity
We are excited to announce an open call for talented interns to join Oklo's dynamic team! Below are multiple positions across various disciplines that may be available, offering the chance to work on innovative projects for Summer 2027.
What you'll do
Relocate or be available to work out of Santa Clara CA where Oklo: Headquarters is located for the duration of the internship or out of one of our satellite locations in Denver, CO, Brooklyn, NY, Idaho Falls, ID, or Washington D.C.
Be available to work 30-40 hours per week between June 7, 2027: August 20, 2027 (depending on the scope of work)
Be currently enrolled or recently (2027) graduated with a Bachelor's or: Master's Degree from an accredited university
Required Qualifications Coursework in fluid mechanics and heat transfer
Experience with 3-D CFD and meshing workflows
Proficiency in Python
What they're looking for
- Clear technical communication and documentation skills
- Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced 3-D CFD concepts (large eddy: simulation, fluid-structure interaction)
- Familiarity with high-performance computing workflows and tools
- Experience with MOOSE
