What you'll do

  • Serve as a key onsite operational partner to the customer , building trusted: relationships with site leadership and key stakeholders while developing a strong understanding of the customer’s business, priorities, and operational needs

  • Lead the day-to-day execution and performance of the account, ensuring the: team consistently meets customer service expectations and operational goals

  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues related to process,: cost, service, and profitability while implementing continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner closely with customer stakeholders and internal Uber Freight teams to: identify opportunities, address operational challenges, and drive solutions that support the customer’s business

  • Lead conflict resolution and complex problem-solving efforts, including customer and operational escalations

  • Train, coach, and develop direct reports through regular 1:1s, performance: reviews, mentoring, and ongoing feedback

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics,: Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • + years of transportation or logistics experience
  • Previous experience working in an onsite, embedded, or dedicated customer account environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Tableau or other reporting/dashboard tools
  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • Experience developing KPIs and operational reporting
