What you'll do
Physically deploy, mount, wire, and integrate automation equipment, atlas: copco torque tools, tool stands, and tooling hardware across production lines
Program and configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems to exact engineering specifications
Diagnose production floor issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, and optimize tightening programs (Psets)
Analyze tightening curves and graphs to diagnose torque vs. angle anomalies,: cross-threading, and joint relaxation
Train manufacturing technicians and operators on the proper handling and safety of smart tools
Maintain tooling health and calibration records to ensure continuous reliability and minimize downtime
What they're looking for
- –5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics: manufacturing with precision assembly systems
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Atlas Copco Power Focus: controllers and MicroTorque systems
- Proven experience setting up workstations, routing cables, and physically deploying assembly line hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze a tightening trace and identify failure modes
