The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic AV Technician to join our AV Systems team, ensuring seamless AV operations and exceptional end-user support. This role requires on-site presence at the Anduril Industries Costa Mesa, CA office with travel to other locations for AV deployments, events, and support.
What you'll do
Provide rapid response technical support for AV issues across large event spaces and conference rooms.
Maintain and support AV infrastructure, including hands-on assistance during major company events.
Manage campus-wide AV equipment inventory and supply chain logistics.
Execute setup and teardown of AV equipment for events, prepare new equipment: deployments, and coordinate equipment transport.
Resolve user issues through Jira ticketing system, walk-up requests, and deskside support.
Conduct proactive testing and system checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
What they're looking for
- Deliver white-glove support for high-profile executive and government visitor presentations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and optimize AV systems for end users.
- Own podcast production and live streaming operations when required.
