What you'll do
Support the improvement of security systems and tools by assisting with: requirement collection, task tracking, cross-team coordination, testing, and post-launch follow-up.
Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency.
Draft and maintain product documentation, project documentation, process: documentation, and internal communications under guidance.
Support day-to-day operational tasks to help maintain business continuity and process efficiency.
Assist with security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration.
Support the management of security user-facing channels, including content: planning, visual asset coordination, publishing support, and basic performance tracking.
