What you'll do
Overseeing a team of Energy Development Analysts, setting the standard for: analytical rigor, process discipline, and professional growth
Owning the development and refinement of economic models that underpin power: origination and data center site pricing decisions
Driving continuous improvement of due diligence workflows, pipeline: management processes, and reporting mechanisms across the Energy Development team
Overseeing the integrity and accuracy of Crusoe's data center opportunity: pipeline, ensuring leadership has a reliable, real-time view of the project portfolio
Supervising the creation of board-level presentations, project approval: materials, and executive communications that translate analytical complexity into clear strategic recommendations
Tracking and synthesizing hyperscaler activity, regulatory developments, and: domestic energy infrastructure trends to surface actionable intelligence for the team
What they're looking for
- + years of progressive experience in consulting, project finance, investment: banking, private equity, energy development, or business operations, with significant focus on the energy sector (renewables, conventional power, or oil & gas)
- + years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role, with a: demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports
- Deep understanding of energy markets, project economics, and financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; experience with pipeline management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex: analytical and commercial content into clear, executive-ready recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve operational processes in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
