What you'll do
Generate RFQs for Body in White equipment and vet integrator proposals
Review all project phases to SOP and follow-up open issue list
Execute and document FAT/SAT buyoffs with integrators
Gain holistic knowledge of the product, production processes, and: manufacturing technologies in order to understand and mitigate risks, as well as to recognize optimization opportunities
Develop and maintain risk assessments to mitigate timeline and cost impacts
Report out project updates to Manufacturing leadership
What they're looking for
- Build and maintain manufacturing equipment project charter for Body in White lines
- Understand and monitor product design change impacts on manufacturing equipment budget and timeline
- Work with affected teams to understand the critical actions necessary to: integrate their requirements into the manufacturing line
- Coordinate and effectively run meetings to resolve issues related to: manufacturing equipment design and installation
