What they're looking for
- + years of experience leading Systems, BizOps, TechOps, Internal Platform, or: Operational Excellence teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling internal systems, workflows, and: operational tooling that drive measurable business impact.
- Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to automate workflows, improve: operational efficiency, or build internal tools and agentic systems.
- Strong understanding of modern operational tooling ecosystems, including: platforms such as Salesforce, Retool, workflow automation tools, and data infrastructure.
- Technical fluency with systems architecture and automation development,: including working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, and AI tooling ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with the ability to use data to: inform strategy, prioritize investments, and measure business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across highly cross-functional: environments and align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across stakeholders,: and lead complex initiatives from concept to execution.
