The opportunity

Coursera and Udemy are now one company, bringing together two mission-driven brands to create the world’s most powerful platform for turning learning into progress. Together, we help more than 300 million learners and 12,000+ enterprise customers build the skills they need for a world being reshaped by AI.

What you'll do

  • Lead assigned strategic workstreams for the rebrand (e.g.,: competitive/category analysis, brand architecture scenarios, positioning territories, proof points), defining the analysis needed and bringing forward a recommendation rather than just a summary.

  • Synthesize research and business input from the research lead,: cross-functional partners, and market data into clear strategic implications, distinguishing findings from interpretation and recommendation, and flagging where evidence is insufficient.

  • Draft strategic deliverables including sections of the brand strategy house,: creative brief inputs, decision frameworks, and executive-facing materials, turning complex input into decision-ready language.

  • Support and help facilitate workshops and decision sessions by developing: exercises and prompts and synthesizing output into usable recommendations.

  • Support agency development by prepping strategic inputs, evaluating agency: work against approved strategy, drafting feedback, and leading delegated agency discussions.

  • Own brand activation for an assigned business segment, translating finalized: brand strategy into how it shows up for that audience across campaigns, messaging, and key moments.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or a closely: related strategic role (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrated experience turning research and ambiguous input into clear: strategic recommendations rather than synthesis or reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight in a lean team: environment without requiring heavy oversight to structure your own work.
  • Experience developing brand architecture, positioning, or messaging frameworks (B2B, B2C, or both).
