- Commercial Knowledge: A strong understanding of the economics of delivery and the ability to work towards demanding monthly targets.
- Operational Ownership: A tenacious, self-motivated approach to managing your own territory and taking full ownership of your portfolio.
- Local Expertise: Based in Abu Dhabi with an interest in the local food landscape. Experience in the restaurant sector is a plus.
