What you'll do
Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition, to solutioning, to: implementation, to clean transition of ownership. You will be handed ambiguous problems (stand up a new facility, diligence an acquisition target, localize a product for a new customer) with little information on how to solve them. If this does not excite you, this is not the role for you.
Solve problems at the intersection of people, hardware, and software systems.: Anduril is a hardware business, and tracking hardware is messy. Our operations teams work on:
Inventory management systems
Staffing & recruiting operations
Asset-tracking in the field
Manufacturing systems capturing data on quality issues on the production floor
What they're looking for
- Former startup founder or early-stage operator: you've built something from zero and know what it takes to create without a playbook.
- You are comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your: work. This role can at-times require comms to large groups and senior leadership. This should excite you!
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM major.
